Our Business Resource Groups play a key role in elevating a variety of perspectives from across the firm through our various Speakers Series, trainings for lawyers and professional staff, Heritage Month Celebrations, and quarterly meetings with firm co-chairs and managing partners. These groups are open to all lawyers and/or professional staff to join, and they provide a forum for their members to come together, discuss issues, and plan events.
Asian Lawyers Forum
The Asian Lawyers Forum offers a space for members to share challenges and successes and provides mentoring and networking for members through informal and formal meetings, lunches, and outings. Caregivers Affinity Group
The Caregivers Affinity Group is a gender-inclusive group that collaborates to share knowledge and resources, brainstorm and promote best practices, and help design policies to support caregivers. The group includes parents who are single, expecting, or adopting, individuals who are caring for sick or elderly family members or pets, and all other forms and experiences of caregiving. The firm has found that in smaller offices, where there might be fewer members of any one affinity group, it helps to provide opportunities to connect across affinity groups.
