Lauren Greene offers diverse litigation experience to her clients, many of them household names in the entertainment industry. From taking depositions to arguing at court, Lauren has the hands-on background that allows her to craft valuable solutions. As a classically trained musician, she also has unique instincts that she leverages to connect with content owners in protecting their intellectual property.
Major studios and individuals turn to Lauren when they face disputes at the heart of their creative and business endeavors. Her experience includes guiding clients through intellectual property matters, copyright and trademark disputes, licensing issues, breach of contract claims, fraud claims, and complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Lauren successfully first-chaired a jury trial to a unanimous verdict in favor of her client.
In her active pro bono practice, Lauren often represents LGBTQ+ clients who are challenging laws that diminish their civil rights. Most recently, she is on a Jenner team that is collaborating with the ACLU and Lambda Legal to fight an Oklahoma law that bans gender-affirming medical care for trans adolescents.
