  • Represented a major private university and a global technology company in a victory compelling the US government to keep the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
  • Advised a major technology company on a congressional investigation regarding antitrust issues in their industry. The multi-year engagement included preparing the CEO for congressional testimony.

  • Earned a US Supreme Court win for our client, an enrolled member of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, in McGirt v. Oklahoma. The New York Times called our victory “potentially one of the most consequential legal victories for Native Americans in decades,” explaining that the ruling “could reshape the criminal justice system by preventing state authorities from prosecuting offenses there that involve Native Americans.”
