Noah received his JD from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he led voting rights and election reform pro bono projects. While studying, he also externed for the Democratic National Committee and the Michigan Democratic Party. Prior to law school, Noah worked as a political consultant managing numerous successful campaigns, including a statewide ballot initiative to reform Utah’s redistricting process.
