He also helped secure a victory on behalf of Fox when the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit published an appellate decision affirming a Pennsylvania federal court’s dismissal of a copyright lawsuit alleging that the hit television show Empire infringed an earlier work.   

Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice, including a recent partnership with the ACLU to obtain a favorable settlement for pro bono clients in a class action lawsuit that successfully challenged a California city’s discriminatory housing ordinances. Prior to law school, he worked as an associate producer of national primetime programming at ABC News.
