A Jenner & Block team was honored by The Legal Aid Society as a recipient of its 2026 Pro Bono Publico Award at an awards ceremony in New York on October 7.

On September 30, Jenner & Block's Washington, DC office was honored by Chief Judges of the District of Columbia federal courts at the "40 at 50" Judicial Pro Bono Recognition Breakfast. The breakfast, sponsored by the DC Circuit Judicial Conference Standing Committee, recognizes firms in which at least 40% of lawyers contributed a minimum of 50 hours of pro bono legal services in 2025. 

Jenner & Block was named the Law Firm Honoree at Pro Bono Partnership's 29th Anniversary Gala on September 30 in New York City. The award recognizes a firm for its outstanding service to the community and its deeply rooted commitment to pro bono work. Pro Bono Partnership is a nonprofit organization that provides free business and transactional legal help to other nonprofits serving underrepresented people and strengthening neighborhoods across Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York.

Los Angeles Partner Julie Shepard has been named to the Daily Journal's 2026 list of the Top 100 Lawyers in California. The award features the most exceptional attorneys who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and impact through their work across the state.

Forbes recognized Partners Ishan Bhabha, Lindsay Harrison, Katya Jestin, Annie Kastanek, Alison Stein, and Adam Unikowsky to its list of 2026 Top Lawyers, which highlights the best attorneys in America across practice areas.

Lawdragon has recognized 28 Jenner & Block partners on its 2027 list of the 500 Leading Litigators in America. The guide recognizes lawyers who excel at advocacy before juries, judges, and other decision makers, spanning practice areas from appellate and Supreme Court advocacy to business litigation, class actions, mass torts, and investigations.

Jenner & Block advanced to #11 nationally in The American Lawyer's 2026 Midlevel Associate Survey. It's the firm's fourth consecutive year of progress, rising from #20 in 2025, #34 in 2024, and #40 in 2023.

Law.com and The National Law Journal have named Jenner & Block a finalist in all seven categories in which the firm and its attorneys were considered for the 2026 D.C. Legal Awards.

Partner Neil Barofsky has been named a finalist for Attorney of the Year by The American Lawyer as part of its 2026 Industry Awards. The award recognizes lawyers whose work over the past year has had significant impact on their clients, the profession, or the public interest. Winners will be announced at the annual gala on November 12 in New York. 

Partner Lauren Hartz was recognized in Bloomberg Law's They've Got Next: 40 Under 40 list for 2026. The annual report recognizes “next-generation lawyers” excelling in a profession being reshaped by AI and new avenues for leadership, service, and success. Lauren, who co-leads Jenner & Block's Education Practice, was recognized in the Education category.

Jenner & Block has ranked #3 in The American Lawyer's 2026 A-List — the firm’s highest placement yet among the top 20 elite firms recognized as "the best of the best."

Jenner & Block earned a ranking in the USA – Nationwide category in its first year featured in the Chambers Crisis & Risk Management Guide. Global Crisis Management and Strategic Risk Practice Co-Chair Joanna Ludlam received an individual ranking in the UK-wide category.
