- Jenner has been ranked #3 in The American Lawyer's 2026 A-List, the firm's highest placement yet among the top 20 elite firms recognized as "the best of the best." The A-List evaluates firms not just on financial success, but across talent, culture, and social responsibility.
- Pro Bono Leader → Jenner ranked in the top three nationally, and #1 internationally for a second consecutive year, in The American Lawyer's 2026 Pro Bono Report. In 2025, the firm surpassed its five-year, $250 million pro bono commitment by more than $155 million, with 97% of lawyers contributing over 50 hours of pro bono work.
- A Beacon of Justice → Jenner has been named a recipient of the National Legal Aid & Defender Association's 2026 Beacon of Justice Award, recognizing the firm's commitment to advancing equal justice through pro bono work protecting democracy and civil rights.
- SCOTUS Victory → Partner Adam Unikowsky secured a 6-3 Supreme Court victory in Chatrie v. United States, with the Court holding that accessing a person's location data in the cloud is a Fourth Amendment search, requiring a warrant that meets probable cause and particularity requirements.

Networking and Events
Brunch at the Zoo → Jenner is excited to invite alumni and their families to a morning at Lincoln Park Zoo. On Saturday, September 19, from 10 am to 12 pm, the firm's Parent Affinity Groups will host a family brunch bringing together current attorneys, alumni, and clients, with face painting, games, and train and carousel rides for the kids.
