Niteesha A.Gupte

Niteesha heads the firm’s alumni relations and career strategy program. She supports the firm’s efforts in alumni engagement by creating opportunities to strengthen relationships between both the firm and its alumni, and among alumni themselves. Niteesha also works with Jenner attorneys and alumni as a trusted career advisor by helping them strategically position themselves for their next steps, as well as with identifying and landing job opportunities.

Niteesha is a former practicing attorney with experience across federal government, law firm, and global company environments. After transitioning from legal practice, she worked in supporting lawyer talent as a career coach, in professional development, and as a recruiter.

Niteesha serves on the board of Emma’s Torch, an organization that provides refugees with in-depth culinary training as well as employability, equity, and empowerment training.
