Jenner & Block has ranked #3 in The American Lawyer's 2026 A-List — the firm’s highest placement yet among the top 20 elite firms recognized as "the best of the best."
The A-List is AmLaw's annual ranking of firms operating at the highest level, excelling not just in financial success, but across talent, culture, and social responsibility. It incorporates five components — Revenue per Lawyer, Pro Bono, Associate Satisfaction, Diversity, and Female Equity Partners — with Revenue per Lawyer and Pro Bono double-weighted, to create the most holistic view of the nation's top firms.
"The A-List recognition matters because it measures firms on more than one dimension,” said Co-Managing Partners Ishan Bhabha and Randy Mehrberg. “The depth of talent across our offices, the strength of our client relationships, and a culture built on excellence and collaboration are what get us here. That's been true for more than 100 years and is core to the Jenner DNA."
Few rankings account for as much as the A-List does, weighing financial performance, commitment to our communities and firm culture. By that measure, Jenner now ranks among the top three firms in the country for combining financial strength with cultural excellence.
