Adam is leading the firm's effort to hire multiple associates for a new AI litigation role, describing AI as “a superpower for lawyers.” He noted the strength of the response to the opening, with many of the top applicants having coded their own software or documented being self-starters who have used AI to create work products they wouldn't have been able to create otherwise.

The new AI litigation associates will have latitude to use AI extensively in their practices, with the firm concurrently developing safeguards to reduce the risk of hallucinations and working to measure how AI affects turnaround time, task automation, and litigation planning.

Adam explained that the firm's philosophy is rooted in pairing top legal talent with top AI skill: "One of the philosophical positions of our firm is that the best lawyers do the best work … and so we want to have the best lawyers at using AI at our firm."
