Anti-Reliance Clauses in Delaware M&A: Pearce v. NeueHealth and Comparative Perspectives

WCG Clinical Services (2024), make clear that parties in M&A deals remain exposed to fraud claims when anti-reliance clauses are missing or poorly drafted.
