“Trends in Indian Law Litigation: Coordinated Briefing and Representation,” Federal Bar Association's 2024 Indian Law Conference

Special Counsel Lenny Powell will join the Federal Bar Association Indian Law Conference for a panel discussion about Indian Law litigation. Panelists will use Haaland v. Brackeen as a case study to explore the Tribal Supreme Court Project’s coordinated briefing and effectiveness. They will also discuss ways to increase representation of American Indians and Alaska Natives at the highest levels of oral advocacy.
