The program will examine approaches to addressing workplace culture concerns after the inception of the #MeToo movement and potential considerations for investigations in the era of Black Lives Matter activism,and highlight ethical obligations including those under Rule 8.4(g). The discussion will cover practical and strategic considerations specific to conducting investigations, preparing for potential litigation, and managing internal constituencies in sensitive and complex matters. The webinar starts at 3 pm and is open to ACC-NY members. It will provide one credit hour in ethics and is suitable for non-transitional (experienced) attorneys.
