Partner Andrew Vail will speak on a panel at the Chicago Bar Association's "Under Siege: The American Judiciary and the Rule of Law" program on May 5.
The discussion will examine the responsibilities of bar associations and individual lawyers in defending the Constitution, the rule of law, and the justice system.
Andrew will speak alongside James Alfini, South Texas College of Law Houston; Michelle Behnke, Boardman Clark; Hon. Rubén Castillo (ret.), US District Court, Northern District of Illinois; Daniel A. Cotter, Aronberg Goldghen; Hon. Jeremy Fogel (ret.), Berkeley Judicial Institute; Maurice Possley, Chicago Tribune; Joseph H. Thompson, Thompson Jacobs PLLC; Elizabeth Wright, Utah State Bar; and David Zimmer, Zimmer Citron & Clarke. The panel will be moderated by Robert Cummins, The Cummins Law Firm, P.C.
