“Ethical Issues in Compliance and Investigations: Real-World Hypothetical Scenarios,” Practising Law Institute’s 2024 FCPA Program

Partner Keisha Stanford, Chair of Jenner & Block’s Anti-Corruption and FCPA Practice, will analyze real-world scenarios that present ethical issues in compliance and investigations during a CLE sponsored by the Practising Law Institute. As a panelist, Keisha will draw upon her extensive experience counseling clients about compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws.

The high-level agenda of this two-day program is to provide insight into common fact patterns and red flags that arise in FCPA matters.

At her panel, Keisha will unravel ethical issues in dealing with whistleblowers and internal company witnesses. She will guide participants on the ethics of data collection and privacy and cooperating with government investigations.
