- Represented a large multinational technology company and prepared witnesses for high-profile public hearings and panel discussions before the US Congress and state legislatures, the European Parliament and Commission, the UK Parliament, the Korean National Assembly, the Australian Parliament, and a Canadian regulator.
- Prepared Albertsons CEO Vivek Sankaran for testimony before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Competition Policy, Antitrust, and Consumer Rights on November 29, 2022, following the announcement of the proposed merger with Kroger. Valued at $25 billion, the deal was one of the largest announced in 2022, receiving extensive media coverage across the US.
- Prepared Marcelo Claure, Sprint’s Executive Chairman, for several congressional hearings on the proposed $26 billion T-Mobile-Sprint merger and prepared Mr. Claure for his testimony in the lawsuit brought by state attorneys general in SDNY challenging the acquisition.
- Advised two separate multinational technology companies and their senior executives in connection with giving evidence to the UK Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee.*
