Partners Emily Loeb and Anne Cortina Perry will moderate panels at The American Lawyer’s “Women, Influence & Power in Law 2025” conference on October 8.
Emily will moderate in a panel titled “The In-House Compass: Finding the Ethical Balance Between Legal Adviser and Business Partner,” and Anne will moderate a panel titled “Cultural Shifts & Dynamic Public Discourse: How Legal Leaders Ethically Move Forward in Times of Change.”
The conference, held at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, gathers 900+ senior female legal leaders for top-notch networking with peers and mentors, community support that fosters valuable collaborations, shared experiences, professional and personal development and industry insights on the most pressing issues women face in law.
Emily’s practice focuses on representing high-profile clients—including multinational corporations, non-profits, foundations, and other large institutions—facing challenges at the intersection of litigation, law enforcement, regulator and congressional investigations, and public scrutiny. She is the Co-Chair of Jenner’s Congressional Investigations and Government Controversies and Public Policy Litigation Practices and the founder of the firm's Global Hearing Preparation Practice.
Anne investigates some of the most highly sensitive culture, compliance, and legal risks companies face, guiding companies, universities, and religious institutions through navigating government investigations, addressing compliance gaps, and transforming their organizational culture. She co-founded and serves as a Co-Chair of the firm’s Culture Risk and Sensitive Investigations, and ESG practices and is a leader in its Investigations, Compliance, and Defense Practice.
