Associate Andrew Santana has been named a finalist for The American Lawyer’s 2025 Industry Awards in the category of Most Promising Newcomer. The honor recognizes new lawyers who have quickly made an extraordinary impact in the industry, and show promise as a practitioner, leader, and innovator.
Just two years into practicing law, Andrew is a member of Jenner’s Global Hearing Preparation Practice, supporting some of the firm’s most sensitive and high-profile matters. As The Lawyer notes, Jenner is believed to be the first law firm to offer a dedicated international public hearing preparation practice, helping clients maintain a consistent global strategy while adapting to local contexts.
With more than a decade of experience advising elected officials, nonprofit leaders, and companies, Andrew helps clients navigate high-stakes government inquiries in the United States and around the world. As a former communications and policy advisor for government officials, he developed and executed media strategies for front-page initiatives and campaigns at the state and national level.
These experiences ground Andrew’s approach to his work: He understands deeply the evolving risks his clients face, develops a strategy that advances their interests, and collaborates with stakeholders to execute—providing calm, consistent counsel at every step of the way.
