Our inclusion and engagement infrastructure is led by our Inclusion & Engagement Committee. Committee members work closely with the firm’s Hiring Committee, the Professional Development team, the firm’s Affinity Groups and all firm departments, and report regularly to the firm’s Management Committee on the firm’s inclusion and engagement initiatives.
Chief Inclusion & Engagement Officer Courtney Carter leads the Committee along with co-chairs Reid Schar and Erin Schrantz. A former practicing attorney and experienced inclusion and engagement professional, Courtney leads a robust team of professionals working on talent management, inclusion, and engagement. In addition, she frequently advises firm clients on shaping their own inclusion and engagement initiatives.
