The members of Law360's 2022 advisory boards are:

Ms. Beach is a special counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Beach defends corporate clients in breach of fiduciary duty and other claims arising under ERISA, and counsels clients on benefits matters.  In addition to her ERISA litigation practice, Ms. Beach has significant experience litigating complex matters in a number of substantive areas, including business torts, legal malpractice and financial services. She handles both individual and class action lawsuits, at the trial and appellate level, as well as in pre-suit counseling, mediation, and settlement negotiations.

Ms. Greene is a member of the firm’s Content, Media, and Entertainment Practice. She focuses her practice on music, entertainment, and intellectual property litigation. Ms. Greene has extensive experience representing a wide variety of entertainment industry clients including music publishers, songwriters, television and film producers, independent studios, and video game publishers and developers. Ms. Greene has litigated matters in state and federal courts across the country and in several arbitration forums.

Ms. Harrison is a litigator and partner in the firm’s Appellate and Supreme Court and Complex Commercial Litigation Practices. Ms. Harrison also co-chairs the firm’s Hospitality & Real Estate Litigation team, representing clients in real estate disputes, disputes concerning hotel management agreements, and in consumer class actions. Ms. Harrison is also a leading member of the firm’s Education Practice, where she litigates cases on behalf of colleges and universities and advises them on regulatory issues.

Ms. Harutyunyan is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She represents individuals, international companies, and major defense contractors through all stages of civil litigation in California state courts and federal courts, litigation before the Boards of Contract Appeals, and private arbitration. She also advises clients through sensitive internal investigations, providing key insight on issues that cross over litigation, regulation, and enforcement.

Ms. Otterberg serves as co-chair of the firm’s Professional Responsibility Practice. She has spent her career defending lawyers, law firms, and other professionals in complex professional liability disputes, with a recent focus on defending against aiding and abetting and related claims arising from Ponzi or other fraudulent schemes.

Mr. Williams is a special counsel in the firm’s Native American Law and Government Relations Practices.  He advises clients on matters of public policy, with a focus on Native American affairs. He is a member of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. Mr. Williams is the former Diversity Director at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), where he helped increase the diversity of the DCCC and its campaigns, and served as the DCCC liaison to the Congressional Black Caucus, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, and the Congressional Asian Pacific Americans Caucus. He also served as Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Congressman Ben Ray Lujan from New Mexico.
