A former practicing lawyer and prior board member of the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals (ALFDP), Courtney has a deep understanding of best practices related to building inclusive workplace culture.

Courtney began her career as an associate at a mid-size law firm. Prior to joining Jenner & Block, she worked as the Director of Innovative Initiatives at Diversity Lab, where she assisted with the implementation and management of the OnRamp Fellowship and Women in Law Hackathon. Courtney received her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and her LLM from American University’s Washington College of Law. She is an active member of the National Association of Law Placement (NALP), ALFDP, and the Washington Area Legal Recruitment Administrators Association (WALRAA). Courtney served as the inaugural Vice President of DEI on the NALP Board of Directors.
