Partner Andrew Vail spoke on the rule of law at the Chicago Bar Association's Law Day celebration on May 6 at the Daley Center Plaza in his capacity as Secretary of the CBA for the 2025–2026 term. Andrew was joined by Gavin Phelps, Young Lawyers Section Chair of the CBA; Rebecca Bryant, Young Professionals Board Vice President of the Chicago Bar Foundation; and Cha'yra Eddie-Williams, Law Week Chair of the CBA's Young Lawyers Section. The event featured keynote remarks from Hon. Patrick Stanton.
Andrew is co-chair of three Jenner & Block practice groups: Specialized Litigation and Arbitration, Real Estate and Hospitality, and Trade Secret and Restrictive Covenants. He helps clients navigate high-stakes disputes where the stakes extend far beyond the courtroom—guiding them through complex matters where regulatory, contractual, reputational, and business concerns intersect.
