Maria LaBella is an associate in the firm’s Appellate and Supreme Court Practice. She assists clients involved in all stages of litigation involving complex issues of commercial, constitutional, and administrative law. She has co-authored briefs in the US Supreme Court (in both merits and amicus capacities), federal courts of appeals, and federal district courts.
Maria graduated from Stanford Law School in the historical top 10 percent of the class. While at Stanford, she served as an executive board member for the Marion Rice Kirkwood Moot Court Competition and as a student lawyer in the Religious Liberty Clinic.
Prior to joining the firm, Maria clerked for the Honorable Cheryl Ann Krause of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
