Partners Anne Cortina Perry and Alison Stein Named “Notable Women in Law” by Crain’s New York Business

Jenner & Block Partner Anne Cortina Perry and Alison I. Stein are celebrated as executives working in law “who have impacted New York City in major ways” and whose achievements are based on their “distinguished careers and exceptional civic and philanthropic activities.”
Ms. Perry is recognized as a top-tier litigator who is key member of Jenner & Block’s Investigations, Compliance and Defense Practice, and co-founder and co-chair of the firm’s Culture Risk and Sensitive Investigations Practice. She is also co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Forum. Ms. Perry is active in the New York legal and business community, serving as a member of the Yale Law School Alumni of New York Steering Committee. Additionally, Ms. Perry helped found and manage the firm’s collaboration with the NYC Law Department through its Special Corporate Counsel deposition program.
Ms. Stein is recognized for becoming the first woman co-chair of Jenner & Block’s renowned Content, Media, and Entertainment Practice. She co-led a team that won a complete victory for ViacomCBS in a $100 million trademark dispute over the title of the MTV reality show “MTV Floribama Shore.” Ms. Stein serves on the board of directors of New York-based Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, an organization that provides pro bono legal services and educational programming for visual and performing artists and organizations, and educates lawyers in pro bono advocacy.
