Partner Lucy Blake, Special Counsel Will Jones, and Associate Erica Turret co-authored an article for Oxford University Press Expert Essentials analyzing the growing regulatory divergence that multinational companies must navigate when managing their workplace culture and inclusion programs.

The lawyers examined how businesses operating across the Atlantic are increasingly finding themselves in a difficult position, as expectations and legal requirements around these issues in the US differ significantly from those in the EU and UK.

"Conflicting regulatory requirements put transatlantic companies – particularly those supplying both the US federal government and UK/EU governments – in a difficult position. Compliance with DEI obligations in one jurisdiction may jeopardize opportunities for government contracts in another," the authors write.
