Partner David Kroeger will join a panel at the International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference in Copenhagen on October 8.
The panel, titled “IT, AI, and Cyber Risk,” will offer participants a strategic forward-looking, regulatory, legal risk, business market perspective on the insurance industry’s efforts to grapple with coverage issues relating to artificial intelligence.
Co-Chair of the firm's Insurance Recovery and Counseling Practice, David counsels clients on cyber coverage claims and disputes, including the review and negotiation of policy language for emerging technology risks. He is recognized by Chambers USA as a leading lawyer in Insurance Dispute Resolution, and regularly helps clients understand not only how coverage disputes arise, but how to position themselves before a cyber incident becomes a claim.
