The program will focus on improving criminal law, covering topics such as: 1. “Rule of Law: Corruption in the Judiciary/Politics,” 2. “Sanctions: Trends in Global Sanctions Enforcement,” 3. “Attorney-Client Privilege and Professional Enablers,” 4. “Privatization of Law Enforcement: Are Companies Becoming the New Prosecutors?” 5. “Building and Managing Your Practice: Running a Successful (Financial) Crime Practice – Some Do’s and Don’ts,” and 6. “National Security: Treason and Espionage.” Christine is the Managing Partner of the firm’s London office and a Co-Chair of the Investigations, Compliance, and Defense Practice.
