Government scrutiny doesn’t just come from law enforcement agencies and it doesn’t just come one jurisdiction at a time—in today’s global economy, it can come from multiple angles, all over the world. In this presentation, Christine Braamskamp and Marcus Childress will discuss the ways in which companies can be called to account by legislatures and regulators across jurisdictions and how these multi-jurisdictional challenges tend to emerge. Christine and Marcus will provide guidance on what to do when you hear from a legislature or a regulator and provide tips on proactive best practices.
