Moshe Broder assists government contractors in navigating diverse issues across the government contracts and grants landscape. Moshe prosecutes and defends complex and high-stakes bid protests before the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the US Court of Federal Claims (COFC). He has litigated more than 100 protests and has repeatedly obtained meaningful relief for clients in strategically important procurements.

In addition to bid protests, Moshe also counsels clients on a broad range of legal issues and represents government contractors in contract claims and disputes. Moshe conducts internal investigations and represents government contractors in all states of civil litigation. He has a special interest in issues involving national security and cybersecurity.
