Maliha Ikram advises public and private clients on employee benefits, executive compensation and ERISA matters, including negotiating and drafting employment, equity and separation agreements, and designing and operating retirement plans, equity compensation plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, and health and welfare plans. Maliha also represents clients who are navigating complex employee benefits and executive compensation matters related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and other strategic transactions.

Maliha maintains an active pro bono practice, representing a wide variety of clients. She focuses her pro bono practice on counseling 501(c)(3) organizations in the arts and cultural heritage space, and additionally counsels organizations on corporate restructurings, board governance and the engagement and retention of key service providers.
