Christian Hatten counsels clients on government-facing regulatory matters with a particular focus on the telecommunications sector and wireless, radio spectrum, space, and satellite issues. He uses his experience with regulatory agencies to guide clients through multi-agency reviews of transactional and licensing applications and to advise clients on complex policy and compliance matters. Christian also assists with high-stakes internal investigations and helps clients respond to government inquiries.
During law school, Christian worked in both the Media and Space Bureaus of the Federal Communications Commission and in the Office of the General Counsel at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Christian maintains an active pro bono practice, advocating for access to affordable telecommunications for the incarcerated and representing victims of human trafficking in litigation and in immigration proceedings.
