Associate Christian Hatten to Guest Lecture on Space Law at Yale Law School
This fall, Associate Christian Hatten will guest lecture at Yale Law School's Space Law course, addressing the telecommunications dimension of space regulation.
The lecture will cover radio spectrum regulation followed by developments in space law, giving students grounding in how spectrum allocation and emerging regulatory activity intersect with the broader legal framework governing space.
Christian counsels clients on government-facing regulatory matters with a particular focus on the telecommunications sector and wireless, radio spectrum, space, and satellite issues. He uses his experience with regulatory agencies to guide clients through multi-agency reviews of transactional and licensing applications and to advise clients on complex policy and compliance matters. Christian also assists with high-stakes internal investigations and helps clients respond to government inquiries.
