In their “Europe Overview”, Partner Robert J. Dalling and Associate Matthew Worby explore some of the key priorities of European enforcement authorities, focusing on bribery and corruption, money laundering, tax evasion, and data protection. They wrote the chapter with former Partner Kelly Hagedorn.

In a chapter titled “Fines, Disgorgement, Injunctions, Debarment: The US Perspective,” Partners Anthony S. Barkow and Charles D. Riely and Associates Amanda L. Azarian and Grace C. Signorelli-Cassady provide an overview of the potential fines, penalties, and other consequences that corporates and individuals may face in the United States when defending against or settling an enforcement action with US authorities.
