With the 2026 midterms approaching, David and Ashley warn that a Democratic majority could trigger sweeping congressional oversight of government contractors supporting Trump Administration priorities, including immigration enforcement, DOGE, surveillance, and AI programs, drawing on the precedent of Chairman Henry Waxman's more than 100 oversight hearings following the 2006 midterms.
