United States, which held that accessing a person's location data in the cloud is a "search" under the Fourth Amendment, requiring law enforcement to obtain a warrant satisfying the Constitution's probable cause and particularity requirements.

Since 2015, large companies doing business in the UK have had to publish an annual statement setting out the steps they take to prevent modern slavery in their operations and supply chains, under s.54 of the UK’s Modern Slavery Act (the MSA).
