Partner Suedeen Kelly to Speak at Law Seminars International’s Electric Power in the Southwest Conference
Suedeen Kelly, Co-Chair of Jenner & Block’s Energy Practice, will speak on a panel at Law Seminars International’s Electric Power in the Southwest conference on September 22.
The panel will discuss the President’s energy-related Executive Orders, agency actions to affect them, and the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, assessing the impact they will have on the electricity industry and its markets and the ease or difficulty of implementing them.
Suedeen is a highly recognized energy practitioner and former commissioner with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). She also served as chairwoman and commissioner for the New Mexico Public Service Commission and was a lawyer for the Natural Resources Defense Council and US Environmental Protection Agency.
