Partner Sam Feder Participates in International Bar Association’s 34th Annual Communications and Competition Law Conference

Co-Chair of Jenner & Block’s Communications, Internet, and Technology Practice Sam Feder participated in a session at the International Bar Association’s 34th Annual Communications and Competition Law Conference.
Sam was a session workshop chair for a panel titled “Merger trends in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors,” alongside Zoltán Marosi of DLA Piper. The session explored the latest trends in mergers and acquisitions within the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Panelists examined recent cases, discussed the impact of increasing market concentration, and addressed the challenges regulators face in assessing the competitive impacts of mergers in these fast-evolving industries.
A former general counsel of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Sam defends against the country’s most high-stakes enforcement actions, secures approval for hotly contested mergers and licensing transactions and litigates communications-related disputes. He is also Co-Chair of Jenner & Block’s Government Strategy Department.
