The conference will address the rapidly changing technological landscape for in-house legal and compliance professionals as new products continue to emerge.

As Co-Chair of Jenner’s Content, Media, and Entertainment and Technology Practices, Alison addresses issues ranging from copyright infringement, content moderation and protection, to AI and immersive technologies, and trademark. She is deeply engaged in the legal and strategic aspects of AI and has represented clients in cutting-edge AI-related litigation and negotiated and advised on dozens of AI licensing and technology deals. She counsels clients on employee and corporate use of AI and AI governance.
