The Illinois Appellate Court, First District, affirmed the dismissal of a putative consumer class action against Jenner & Block client BMO, confirming that there was no merit to claims of consumer fraud, deceptive practices, or related claims about how the bank handled dormant account fees.

Jenner & Block successfully defended Peloton Interactive, Inc. and individual defendants against a putative securities class action brought by Robeco Capital Growth Funds SICAV and the City of Hialeah Employees' Retirement System, securing dismissal of all remaining claims at the pleading stage.
