- Secured summary determination of all claims for Hebei Iron & Steel Respondents in expansive ITC investigation seeking to bar from entry into the US all carbon and alloy steel products from China. Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Products, ITC Inv. 337-TA-1002.
- Secured complete defense victory for Apple against Kodak in series of litigations seeking over a billion dollars in damages. Mobile Telephones and Wireless Communication Devices Featuring Digital Cameras, and Components Thereof, ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-703.
- Represented Respondent Apple Inc. Motorola Mobility in series of cases seeking over a billion dollars in damages. Case settled on appeal after complete defense victory in multi-patent investigation before the Commission. Certain Wireless Communication Devices, Portable Music and Data Processing Devices, Computers and Components Thereof, ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-745.
- Secured affirmance of summary judgment for Fresenius in Federal Circuit appeal. Transonic v. Fresenius (Fed. Cir.).
