On December 16, the co-chairs of Jenner & Block’s ITC Section 337 Practice, Mark Davis, Alexander J. Hadjis, and Ronald J. Pabis, will present a CLE webinar that will review important developments and trends in Section 337 investigations at the International Trade Commission (ITC) over the past year. In a roundtable discussion, the panelists will discuss, among other things, recent developments in the interplay between Section 337 investigations and IPRs, the ITC’s adoption of virtual hearings, and notable Commission decisions on such topics as domestic industry, public interest, trade secret misappropriation, life science-based investigations, and substantive patent law. He represents multinational, domestic, and start-up companies regarding intellectual property and related international trade, data privacy, unfair competition, and antitrust matters. He has litigated disputes before US district courts throughout the country and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and has been involved in more than 100 section 337 investigations before the ITC. Mr. Hadjis is co-chair of the ITC Section 337 Practice. Clients faced with high-stakes patent disputes before the federal district courts or the ITC rely on Mr. Hadjis’ experience, responsiveness, and winning track record. Over the course of his career, he has tried more than fifteen patent cases and he has litigated many more before the federal district courts, the ITC, and the Federal Circuit. Mr. Pabis is co-chair of the ITC Section 337 Practice. He litigates and tries cases for technology and life science companies in patent litigation and other intellectual property disputes. In addition, he has handled and tried numerous 337 investigation hearings before the ITC.
