Kristen Green’s practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. Her experience ranges from representing major studios in copyright and trademark infringement disputes, to litigating complex cases involving business torts, including unfair competition, fraud, and breach of contract. Kristen also defends food and beverage, personal care, and technology companies in consumer class actions.
In her litigation practice, Kristen plays a key role in developing and carrying out legal strategy and has experience preparing briefs at the trial and appellate level, taking and defending depositions, and managing discovery. Additionally, she maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on immigration matters. Most recently, Kristen was a key member of a team that successfully secured asylum for a father and son who fled Guatemala in 2018. She is a member of the firm’s Hiring Committee.
