Juliana Brint represents electric utilities, independent power producers, financial institutions, and other energy industry clients in regulatory proceedings, investigations, and related litigation. She assists clients involved in proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and other administrative agencies as well as related appellate and trial court cases. 

Juliana has worked extensively with clients who are the subjects of non-public investigations by FERC’s Office of Enforcement, as well as clients challenging FERC enforcement actions in federal court. Additionally, she has significant experience addressing issues related to the scope of FERC’s authority under the Federal Power Act. Juliana also advises clients on the regulatory implications of commercial transactions. Before attending law school, she reported on US electricity markets and transmission projects for Platts, an energy news and analytics company.
