Clare’s broad experience includes advising clients in relation to complex civil fraud, breaches of contract and warranty, shareholder and joint venture disputes, professional negligence, and competition and regulatory investigations, in sectors including finance, energy, construction, automotive, telecommunications, and professional services. She also has particular experience in cartel damages actions before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Clare has an active pro bono practice. Recent work has included advising the human rights organization Reprieve in relation to a number of matters and working with Help Refugees UK on the relocation of child refugees from Calais to the UK. Prior to joining Jenner & Block, she practiced as a senior associate in the London office of a large international firm.
