Christina Isnardi advises communications, media, internet, and technology companies on complex regulatory, litigation, and compliance matters. In her regulatory work, Christina effectively advances client objectives by advocating for rule changes through the federal notice-and-comment rulemaking process in addition to obtaining operational licenses and approvals for mergers, acquisitions, and other major transactions. In litigation, she helps clients resolve disputes ranging from antitrust class-actions to employment matters, such as worker classification issues that arise from app-based platforms.

Offering comprehensive advice across a wide array of workplace matters, Christina guides clients in establishing and maintaining lawful employment policies and practices across multiple US and non-US jurisdictions and regularly conducts internal investigations to resolve sensitive employment matters and disciplinary actions in the workplace. She reviews, drafts, and updates employment policies and agreements and conducts due diligence to reduce legal risk ahead of major company actions.

Christina maintains an active pro bono practice that promotes compliance with employment and civil rights laws. She has represented several national civil rights organizations as amici in federal district and appellate courts on pressing non-discrimination matters, such as advocating for equal access to healthcare and within the criminal justice system. Christina also serves on the firm’s Inclusion and Engagement Committee and Associates Committee and works with firm counsel to update firm policies.
