- Secured a first-of-its-kind jury verdict in an antitrust case in the Northern District of Illinois. After a six-week trial, the jury found two of the largest egg producers and two industry groups liable for an antitrust violation and returned a multi-million verdict in favor of clients.
- Successfully won dismissal of False Claims Act on behalf of a Navy contractor.
- Advised and counseled gaming industry client on implementing a customer mandatory arbitration program.
- Obtained dismissal with prejudice of malpractice and related claims asserted against an international law firm and several of its lawyers concerning the firm’s handling of certain transactional matters.
- Secured settlement in breach of contract dispute related to facility management services seeking $9.7 million in damages.
- Successfully won partial dismissal of breach of contract claim seeking over $6 million in damages in construction matter.
- Represented utility company in a Department of Justice investigation involving allegations of bribery and corruption, resolved with no charges against the parent company and a deferred prosecution agreement for the utility subsidiary.
- Successfully represented private equity firm in confirming an international arbitration award worth over $27 million in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and on appeal before the Eleventh Circuit.
- Conducted internal investigation on behalf of university into procurement fraud and retaliation allegations and counseled client regarding potential strategies for improving procurement process and training.
- Secured settlement on behalf of company facing $179 million indemnification claim related to trade secret theft.
- Successfully defended health company in antitrust suit seeking injunctive relief and damages resulting in settlement.

- Successfully negotiated plea agreement for pro bono defendant who faced three felony counts of aggravated battery to peace officer, resulting in reduction to misdemeanor.
