Leading Investigations and Public Lawyer Joanna Ludlam Joins Jenner & Block
Jenner & Block LLP is delighted to announce that Joanna Ludlam will join the firm as a partner in the London office on 27 January 2025, where she will co-chair the firm’s Investigations Department and launch its London Public Law and Crisis Management Practice.
Former Deputy Coordinator for Counterterrorism at the US Department of State, Ian Moss, has joined Jenner & Block’s Washington, DC office. Ian also previously worked on the National Security Council at the White House and at the Department of Defense.

A Jenner & Block team led by Partners Jason Hipp, Todd C. Toral, and Brent Caslin were named as Runners-Up for Litigators of the Week by The American Lawyer for securing an important victory for Yazidi-American survivors of genocide. The US District Court for the Eastern District of New York ruled that plaintiffs have a right to sue under the Anti-Terrorism Act of 1992 (ATA) if they hold US citizenship at the time of suit, establishing a clear right to seek relief for terror victims.

Partner Keith Harper, former US Ambassador to the United Nations Human Rights Council, received Georgetown Law’s O’Neill Institute Lifetime Achievement Award in Human Rights at their annual Legacy Award Dinner on September 11.
