On Tuesday, March 9, Jenner & Block Partner Richard Levin will present a CLE webinar on “Bankruptcy Jurisprudence at the Supreme Court.” Hosted by the Loan Syndications and Trading Association, the program will examine the Supreme Court’s approach to bankruptcy law during Chief Justice Roberts’ 16 terms as chief.
