“Bankruptcy Jurisprudence at the Supreme Court,” Loan Syndications and Trading Association

On Tuesday, March 9, Jenner & Block Partner Richard Levin will present a CLE webinar on “Bankruptcy Jurisprudence at the Supreme Court.” Hosted by the Loan Syndications and Trading Association, the program will examine the Supreme Court’s approach to bankruptcy law during Chief Justice Roberts’ 16 terms as chief. Topics to be discussed include the cases the Court takes, principles used, how the Court splits, the Court’s leading bankruptcy jurist, and who wins and loses. Mr. Levin is co-chair of Jenner & Block’s Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice. He is recognized internationally as one of the foremost restructuring, bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights lawyers handling complex bankruptcy transaction, litigation and special situation matters.
