Jenner & Block’s 2024 Election Protection Work with Brennan Center Highlighted in The National Law Journal

Partner Jeremy Creelan recently spoke with The National Law Journal about Jenner & Block’s pro bono work with the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law. In the article, Jeremy discussed a joint effort in Georgia regarding issues with the state’s voter registration cancellation portal.

"We worked with the Secretary of State's office closely to try to identify and patch or eliminate the vulnerabilities that were identified, and then just get assurances that they were remedied, and that the monitoring that needed to go on was happening," Jeremy said. "Over a period of several weeks, we got sufficient comfort that the main vulnerabilities were being addressed, and the penetration testing had been sufficient to at least prevent some of the worst possible scenarios."

The Jenner team working with the Brennan Center includes Partners Joanna Wright, Jason Bradford, and Michelle Kallen, Special Counsel Anand Viswanathan, Associates Alice Kim, Benjamin Malings, and Eleanor Slota and Discovery Attorney Pejman Yousefzadeh.
